B3 Directorate for bilateral economic relations with Europe, North, Central and South America and the Caribbean countries is responsible for:

monitoring the bilateral economic and trade  relations for the above countries , in cooperation with the  Embassies, Consulars  and ECA Offices and other public and private sector  bodies and services, as well as for submitting proposals for the development of bilateral economic and trade relations with the countries under its responsibility.

 B3 Directorate consists of two (2) Departments:

a) Department I for Bilateral Economic Relations with European Countries

b) Department II for Bilateral Economic Relations with countries of North, Central and South America and the Caribbean


Department I is responsible for:

(a) monitoring the bilateral economic and trade relations with the following countries: San Marino, Andorra, Austria, Vatican, Belgium, France, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, the Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic and Finland,

(b) monitoring all cooperation programs put into effect in the countries of its responsibility.

Department for II is responsible for:

(a) monitoring the bilateral economic and trade relations with the following countries: the United States of America, Canada, Mexico, Haiti, Antigua and Barbuda, Guatemala, Grenada, Commonwealth of Dominica (Dominica), Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Cuba, Mexico, Barbados, Bahamas, Belize, Nicaragua, Honduras, Panama, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Santa Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina, Venezuela, Bolivia Brazil, Guyana, Ecuador, Colombia, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname and Chile

(b) monitoring all cooperation programs put into effect in the countries of its responsibility
